The new pain medication seems to be helping. Sophie's got some more spring in her step.

Sophie Feeling Better

Sophie hasn't been feeling so great lately so we brought her to the vet to see Dr. Schuld. She hasn't had as much of an appetite as usual and she's been moving a bit on the slow side. Dr. Schuld determined that she's very gassy and that that might be what's keeping her from eating. He told us to pick up a generic version of Pepsid A.C. We did and it seems to has worked as she ate tonight. She seems to have a lot of her energy back as well! He also gave us an additional pain killer to use temporarily to help her joints.

Frontline

I applied Sophie's Frontline flea and tick protection today. It is squeezed out of the tube onto her back between her shoulder blades.

Sophie's Back On the Porch!

I came home today and as I went to get the mail Sophie trotted after me onto the porch. She jumped right in her chair. Hard to believe that it's probably been since October that it's been warm enough.
